桂林を訪れました ２： 漓江下り １

Today, I introduce the first half of our boat tour of Lijiang River.
This part is abundant in various acute crests and a world of ink painting spreads before our eyes.
Let us enjoy this boat tour of the River.
今日は、９月１６日の漓江下りの前半を紹介します。
この部分が最も奇峰に富んでおり、飽きない水墨画の趣が続きます。
皆さんに川下りを楽しんでもらいます。
＜ 2. At 10:01, the front ＞

After about 15 minutes passed from our departure, the row of mountains closed on us as if to stop our going.
This course that I introduce is till 2 hours 20 minutes of the first half and the Painted Hill of Nine Horses.
It was fine, but the whole of landscape was veiled in a haze.
Summer sunlight was strong and the humidity was high, but I was comfortable when a gentle breeze blew from the river.
出港して１５分ほどすると前方を遮るように山並みが迫って来ます。
今回紹介するのは、前半の２時間２０分で、ほぼ中間にある九馬画山までです。
晴れてはいるのですが、全体に靄がかかっていました。
夏の日射しが強く湿度も高いのですが、川風にあたっていると心地良かった。

We enjoyed the boat tour of the river form Zhujiang wharf to Yangshuo for 4 hours 20 minutes.
This area is most abundant in various acute crests within 437 km in total length of Lijiang River and is most popular course.
As the satellite photo suggests, acute crests of limestone having several dozen meters in high line up on the both sides of the river innumerably.
Famous places in the satellite photo
1: Zhujiang wharf, we boarded a boat here. 2: Caoping. 3: Crown Cave. 4: Yangdi. 5: Langshi. 6: the Painted Hill of Nine Horses.
The number described above shows the number of each photo, and the alphabet shows the sequence of photographing.
The time in ＜Title column＞ indicates the photographing time in local, and “ the front ”(the lower reaches) or “ the back ” (the upper reaches) indicates the direction of photographing on our ship.
私達は竹江桟橋から陽朔までの約５５ｋｍを４時間２０分かけて川下りを楽しんだ。
この範囲が全長４３７ｋｍの漓江の中で最も奇観に富んだポピュラーなコースです。
衛星写真からわかるように、高さ数十ｍある石灰岩の尖った鋒が川の両岸に無数に並んでいる。
衛星写真内の主な名所。
１：竹江、ここで乗船。 ２：草坪。 ３：冠岩。 ４：楊堤。５：波石。 ６：九馬画山。
上記の数字が各写真の数字を示し、アルファベットは時系列を示します。
例えば、写真の番号１ｂは名所１から２までの間で2番目に撮った写真です。
＜タイトル欄＞の時刻は現地の撮影時間で、前方（下流側）、後方（上流側）は船からの撮影方向を示す。

1a: At 9:42, the front. Zhujiang.
We finally started the departure from Zhujiang wharf.
We had come by bus to Zhujiang from Guilin and boarded a large pleasure boat here.
The pleasure boats with many tourists departed one after another.
As the photo shows, the cabin of our boat had the first and second floor, and the third floor is all observation deck.
I thoroughly enjoyed the scenery by standing more than four hours in the observation deck, and I just had lunch on the way easily.

Lijiang River is big, but there are many places that the boatable river width is narrow, because it winds and is shallow.
The scenery is rich, because there are various cliffs, shallows, sandbars, and forests.

１a： ９：４２、前方。竹江。
いよいよ竹江桟橋から出港です。
私達は桂林からバスで竹江まで来て、ここで大型の遊覧船に乗りました。
観光客を乗せた遊覧船が次から次へと出港していきました。
乗った船は写真にあるように船室が２階まであり、３階が展望デッキです。
私は途中の昼食もそこそこに、展望デッキで４時間以上立ち詰めで景色を堪能しました。

漓江は大きいが、曲がりくねり浅いため航行可能な川幅は狭い所もある。
その景観は断崖絶壁もあれば浅瀬や砂州、様々な樹林があり変化に富んでいる。

＜ 5. From Caoping to passing the front of Crown Cave ＞
＜ ５．草坪から冠岩通過まで ＞
2a: At 10:33, the front. Around Caoping.
In some places, there are villages and private houses on the riverside, and we have an opportunity to be exposed to their living.
3a: At 10:33, the left side. Crown Cave.
The reason of the Crown Cave is because the mountaintop is like a hat, but there is also a big hole facing the river.
A river has flowed from the inside of this hole, and there is a limestone cave that we can go sightseeing in.
3b: At 10:54, the back.
As the photo shows, there were also a lot of people on the observation deck of our ship.
There was the announcement of the name when we came to each famous place, but it was useless because it was the Chinese language.
For taking a picture, I recommend that you come and go between the third-floor observation deck front and the second-floor rear observation deck.
２a： １０：３３、前方。草坪辺り。
所々、川縁には村や民家があり暮らしに触れることできる。
３a： １０：３７、左舷。冠岩。
冠岩の所以はその烏帽子状の山頂にあるが、川に面して大きな穴もある。
この奥より川が流れて出ており、中に観光できる鍾乳洞がある。
３b： １０：５４、後方。
私達の船の展望デッキも写真のように人が一杯になりました。
名所に来ると案内放送があるのですが、中国語なので役に立たなかった。
写真を撮る為には３階展望デッキ前方と２階後部展望デッキを行き来することをお薦めします。
ツアー参加者の席は２階に確保されていて、貴重品を除く荷物はその席において置けました。
＜ 6. From Yangdi to passing Langshi ＞

From ancient China, this has long been praised in the phrase “the scenic beauty of Guilin is the best of China”, and really Sansui-ga (a kind of ink painting) spreads out here.

中国古代より「桂林山水天下に甲たり」と賞賛されているが、正に山水画の世界が広がっている。

Nine white rock surfaces on the central cliff are seen as nine running horses.
I took this picture from the lower reaches for avoiding backlight.
This continues next time.
中央の崖に九ヵ所の白い岩肌が露呈しているのが、駆けめぐる９頭の馬に見えるそうです。
多くの写真は九馬画山を正面、つまり上流から撮るのですが、逆光だったのでこれは下流側からの写真です。
これで前半の川下りは終わりました。
次回は、景観と風情を紹介します。
