今、大統領は何を犠牲にしようとしているのか
米国大統領はしきりに他国が不公平な貿易で米国の利益を奪い、移民が国民の職を奪っていると喧伝している。
その一面はあるかもしれないが、多くは今までの外交や貿易協定によるもので、当然、大国（企業）がより利益を得ているはずです。
例えば、メキシコ移民が増大する背景に、１９９４年の北米自由貿易協定（ＮＡＦＴＡ）による米国からの安価な輸入トウモロコシがメキシコの１５００万人農民の仕事を奪った。注釈１．
さらに、他国の犠牲の上に自国の繁栄を目指す恐ろしい政策が行われようとしている。
例えば、気候変動枠組条約を破棄しようとしているが、これは世界に大打撃を与える。
現在、地球温暖化が進み、すでに世界で大旱魃による小麦価格の暴騰が繰り返され、また海面上昇を招いている。
この破棄により米国の産業（世界のＣＯ２排出量の１６％）は気兼ねなく排出を増やすだろう。
そして世界の結束は乱れ、さらに地球温暖化が加速することになるだろう。
その結果、米国には大型ハリケーンが頻繁に来襲し、それを傍観した世界にも報いは訪れる。
大国の身勝手な政策は、その国力が大きいだけに、環境・戦争・経済などあらゆることで益々世界を窮地に落とし入れることになる。
実は、今の米国社会はヨーロッパが１８７０年代から帝国主義に突き進んだ時代、またヒトラー独裁の時代と似ているのです。

The time of Hitler
Here we can compare the current American society with the German society of the Nazis easily.
"Communists and Jews are putting our nation into turmoil! Let's recover our former territory!"
Hitler's statement was gaining tremendous popularity, and he was able to become a dictator.
What is it about Hitler took hold in the mind of people?
Its reason is due to that he attributed all cause of the deterioration to others, then proposed a method without pain for the public by sacrificing others (exclusion, expansion of territory).
Hitler is fascism, and Trump is called populism.
Although there are different things in these, there are similarities too.
The both deny existing elite layers (politicians, intellectuals, mass media) and declare that they can solve easily with exclusionary policies. Annotation 2.
And people who supported the two men are middle class in Germany and White in the United States.
People can easily accept the reckless proposal to sacrifice others if they become safe.
Furthermore, there are more interesting similar features.
At first, Hitler showed being on worker side and exclaiming against owners of capital.
However, from halfway, he sponged on some capitalists and accomplished the dictatorship with the cooperation of the military.
From the beginning, he didn't have logical and constructive assertion, so the policy was only patchwork response.
When the people noticed that they were deceived by his snow job, it's too late.

ヒトラーの時代
ここで今の米国社会とナチスのドイツ社会を簡単に比較します。
「共産主義者とユダヤ人が国家を混乱に陥れている！ かつての領土を取り戻せ！」
このヒトラーの発言が絶大な人気を呼び、彼は独裁者になることができた。
ヒトラーの何が多くの心を捉えたのでしょうか。
それは悪化の原因を他者に帰し、自身は痛みを伴わない方法、つまり他者を犠牲にする方法（排除、領土拡大）を提案したからです。
ヒトラーはファシズムで、トランプはポピュリズムと呼ばれています。
これは異なるところもありますが、共通点があります。
二人は共に既存のエリート層（政治家、知識人、マスコミ）を否定し、排他的な手法でいとも簡単に解決すると明言する。注釈２．
そして二人を支持した人々はドイツでは中間層、米国では白人です。
人はいとも簡単に、自身が安泰なら他者を犠牲にする無謀な提案を受け入れてしまうのです。
さらに面白い類似の特徴があります。
ヒトラーは最初、労働者の味方で資本家を非難する素振りを見せていた。
しかし途中から裏で、一部の資本家にすがり、軍部の協力を得て独裁を成し遂げた。
元々、彼には論理的で建設的な主張がなかったので、政策はその場しのぎに過ぎなかった。
後に国民はその巧みさに騙されたと悔しがったが、後の祭りでした。

２０１７年１月、大統領はＮＡＦＴＡ再交渉を明言。

排他的な手法とは、ヒトラーの場合はアーリア人以外を強制排除（抹殺）、そして軍事力による自国の領土拡張でした。
トランプの場合は、白人とキリスト教徒以外の排除、保護貿易と２か国間交渉による自国優位です。
